After years of experience in property investment and development, David identified the need for customised mortgage brokering. With his passion for combining lending solutions and exceptional customer service, David together with co-founder Edyta, established Mortgage Advantage in 2003. Having over 20 years of industry experience, David not only has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to lender policies, but also leads a team whose primary objective is to provide an amazing customer experience to all customers. Mortgage Advantage offers creative and flexible finance solutions and specialised loan planning services across the residential, business and commercial sector. David and his team understand the diversity of customer needs in this broad market and work to make the Australian dream of home ownership a reality for customers. Outside of work, David’s passion lies in motor racing and is currently racing in the PCQ Sprint series. He loves spending time with family and travelling, renovating and working on his excavator in his spare time.

Brandon joined the Mortgage Advantage Team as a Lending specialist two and half years ago whilst completing his dual degree in Software Engineering and Commerce. Brandon has had a passion for property development and investment from a young age and his personal experience in these areas allow him to have a thorough understanding of his client’s needs to provide them the best lending solution. He works hard to extensively research current market offerings to make sure his customers have access to the most suitable products. Outside of work, Brandon plays drums in a band and loves travelling, renovating and working on property development projects.

Clayton is a qualified Lending Specialist who has a genuine passion for helping clients realise their property dreams. He specialises in creating tailored lending solutions for all customers no matter where they are in their journey to home ownership or building their investment portfolio. Having over 6 years of experience in the retail banking sector, Clayton has an extensive knowledge of lending policies and uses his significant experience to always find the best product for clients. Clayton holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Finance and Management. Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym and has a passion for cars and technology.

Abby recently joined the Mortgage Advantage team as a Lending Specialist. She comes from a business and management background having founded and run companies in the education sector from the age of 18. From this experience, Abby has a passion for problem solving and finding solutions to complex problems and situations. She loves being challenged while providing great customer service to her clients. Outside of work Abby is an avid equestrian and loves baking and spending time with her Aussie Shepherd, Alfie.

Edyta started in the lending industry back in 1998 working on reception with RAMS Home Loans. Edyta then moved up to loan assessment, before becoming a mobile lender with RAMS. In 2003 Edyta co-founded Mortgage Advantage which she has now been running for the past 20 years. Edyta has over 24 years’ experience in loan assessment, brokering, office management and loan processing. Edyta is the operations manager and runs the processing and sales support division of the business. Outside of work Edyta loves spending time with family and her German Shepherds. Edyta loves to travel and her passion for animals has taken her down the past of fostering dogs.

Jenny has over 10 years’ experience in the lending industry and has been with the Mortgage Advantage Team for the past 4 years. Jenny looks after managing applications from submission through to settlement and beyond. Jenny is extremely dedicated to providing support to the Sales staff and their customers. Jenny is meticulous at checking and following up all the fine details that happens behind the scenes of a loan application and has a very extensive knowledge of lender policy, ensuring an amazing customer service experience during the application process. Jenny speaks fluent mandarin and holds a master’s degree in education. Outside of work, Jenny loves to cook and spend time with her family. Jenny also has a passion for property investment.
